All About the Christian Subscription box: Butterfly Box

I’ve received many subscriptions boxes over the years, and I always enjoy them. So much so that I created a system to make your own monthly subscription gift to I give families and friends for Christmas each year.

Whenever I receive a subscription box filled with fun things, I either keep them for myself or put them away to give to others. This is a great way to build up a “bank” of gifts, so you’re never left with having to run to the store for those last-minute gifts.

I love collecting small gifts and putting them aside to use for the 12 Days of Christmas gifts I do every year for various people.

The latest subscription box I tried was Butterfly Box. Butterfly Box is a Christian subscription box. I’ve always considered buying a Christian-themed box but wasn’t sure if I’d like it or not.

After receiving a complimentary Summer Box, there’s no doubt I’m a fan.

What is the Butterfly Box?

Each box has an assortment of 4-6 quality Christian products. The box contains items from small businesses and Christian businesses. It’s made by women for women.

The goal of each box is to grow in your relationship with God and provide spiritual encouragement. Part of each purchase of a Butterfly Box goes towards a charity. The month I received was sponsoring Shear Love International who helps victims of sex trafficking by providing education through hair design and barbering.

Unplug from the world and connect to Jesus!

You can buy the boxes by subscription: one month, 3, 6, or 12 months. Or you can visit their shop and pick out a specific box if you don’t like being surprised.

I received their Summer Box, which emphasizes our security in God’s love and is beach-themed! For someone who’s lived in land-locked Kansas her whole life, I love the beach.

What’s Inside the Christian Subscription Butterfly Box?

Here’s a breakdown of what was included in my box – the Summer Box of 2021:

Butterfly Box

The Beach is Calling Devotional

This is a cute, hardback 90 day devotional. Each devotion is two pages long and brings your mind back to resting in the Father’s love.

Butterfly Box book

Wooden Cross with Prayer Card

The cross is about 3 inches and includes a beautiful prayer. I think this would make a beautiful gift for someone going through a hard time.

Psalm 139:9-10 Magnet

Lip Balm

Keeping with the beach theme, this organic lip balm is pineapple and coconut.

Salt and Light Beach tote

The tote is a nice size and references Matthew 5:13-16 on the front.

Butterfly Box bag

Coconut Lime Verbena Candle

This candle smells amazing! It smells a little like suntan lotion, which brings me back to the beach. I also like how the candle has a bible verse on the side.

Mightier than the waves of the sea is His love for you. Psalm 93:4

All of the items in the box remind you of God’s love for you.
